At Stylish HomeSpace LLC (SHS), all returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the policies set by the respective brands and manufacturers. Customers are responsible for reviewing the return and warranty details for each product before purchase. The following terms outline our general return and exchange procedures.
Return/Exchange Window
Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Some brands may have different return periods – please refer to the product page for brand–specific policies.
Restocking Fees
All returns and exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee. The standard restocking fee is 5%, but some brands may charge a higher fee, depending on their individual policies. For more details on specific brand fees, please refer to the product page or contact customer service.
Cancellations & Order Refusals
Orders canceled or refused after shipment will be subject to a restocking fee.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient, the customer is responsible for the restocking fee and any additional shipping charges.

Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect products immediately upon delivery for any visible or concealed damage. If damage is found at the time of delivery, customers should refuse the shipment, take photos, and notify the delivery driver. If damage is discovered after delivery, it must be reported within 24 hours. Contact our support team with photos and order details.
Defective Merchandise
Immediate defects must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. If a defect is discovered after 24 hours, SHS will assist in determining the next steps based on the manufacturer’s warranty policies. Some manufacturers may require a service call or inspection before approving a return or replacement. For warranty–related claims, additional details can be found in the product documentation, or you can contact our support team for assistance.
Warranty & Manufacturer Requirements
Most products include a one–year parts and labor warranty provided by the manufacturer. Some brands may require a service call or diagnostic report before approving a return or replacement.
Return Authorization & Refunds
A Return Authorization (RA) is required for all returns. Requests must be submitted to SHS customer service before any item is returned. Shipping costs, both to and from the warehouse, are non–refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 90 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. For returns processed after 90 days, refunds will be provided as store credit instead of being issued to the original payment method.
Important Notes
All returns must be in brand–new condition with original packaging, product literature, and warranty documents included.
If parts are missing or damaged but covered under warranty, customers should contact the manufacturer rather than returning the item.
