StylishHomeSpace LLC (SHS) offers reliable delivery services for products listed on our website. Our shipping policies are aligned with vendor and brand requirements, ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.
All orders placed through SHS are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is canceled, we will notify you as soon as possible.
SHS offers multiple shipping options, including curbside, threshold, and white-glove delivery services. Available options and costs will be displayed at checkout based on the delivery location and product type.
Estimated delivery times vary based on product availability and the chosen shipping method. SHS is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or customs clearance issues.
Once an order is shipped, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, you must report it immediately to SHS to initiate a claim with the carrier.
SHS provides free shipping on orders over $999 within the contiguous United States. If a vendor or brand offers free shipping on an item below this amount, SHS will honor that policy. Free shipping applies to standard curbside delivery only. Additional delivery services may be available at an extra cost.
Any changes to the shipping address after an order is placed may be subject to additional fees, which cover carrier charges and administrative processing. Address modifications after shipment may not be possible.
For oversized or heavy items such as ranges and refrigerators, SHS utilizes Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight shipping.
The carrier will schedule a delivery appointment, and an adult (18 or older) must be present to sign for the shipment.
Standard service includes curbside delivery only. The carrier will not bring items inside or provide installation.
Additional fees may apply for rescheduling, refused shipments, or missed delivery appointments.
Upon Delivery:
If the package arrives with visible damage, take clear photos, refuse the delivery, and note the damage on the Bill of Lading or Freight Bill.
Contact SHS at support@sthome.space with your order details and photos to initiate a claim.
After Delivery:
Inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours.
Send detailed photos and a description of the issue to support@sthome.space to process a claim.
Retain all original packaging, as it may be required for returns or exchanges.
SHS offers a 30-day return policy for most items, excluding custom orders and certain high-value appliances. Returns are subject to the specific return policies of each brand or vendor.
Eligibility for Returns
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Some items, including custom-built products, special orders, and opened large appliances, may be subject to restocking fees.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact SHS customer service within 30 days of receiving your order.
A return authorization (RA) number will be provided along with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after SHS receives and inspects the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 90 days of return approval.
After 90 days, refunds will be provided as store credit only.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
SHS ships within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, if permitted by the vendor.
International shipping is available unless restricted by a specific brand. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees for international shipments.
Warranty coverage follows the policies set by the respective manufacturers. If a brand allows returns or exchanges for used items, SHS will facilitate the process; however, the final responsibility remains with the brand.
Shipping a product outside the U.S. may void the manufacturer’s warranty. Customers should confirm warranty terms before purchasing items for international use.
