Stylish HomeSpace LLC (SHS) offers reliable delivery services for all products listed on our website. Our shipping policies align with vendor and brand requirements to ensure a seamless and transparent shopping experience.

Order Acceptance

All orders placed through SHS are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability

• Pricing or listing errors

• Suspected fraudulent activity

If an order is canceled, customers will be notified as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Options

SHS offers several delivery methods depending on the product and delivery location:

• Curbside Delivery

• Threshold Delivery

• White-Glove Delivery

Options and costs are shown at checkout. Shipping is handled through trusted carriers:

• FedEx – Track your order

• UPS – Track your order

• USPS – Track your order

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on product availability and shipping method. SHS is not liable for delays due to:

• Carrier disruptions

• Weather events

• Customs clearance or regulatory delays

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery. For any damaged deliveries:

• Report the issue immediately to SHS

• Initiate a claim with the carrier through SHS support

Free Shipping

• Orders over $999 qualify for free standard curbside shipping within the contiguous U.S.

• SHS also honors vendor/brand-specific free shipping offers on eligible items under $999.

• Upgraded delivery services may incur additional fees.

Address Adjustments

• Changes to the shipping address after order placement may incur fees.

• Changes after shipment may not be possible.

LTL Shipments (Large Freight Deliveries)

For oversized or heavyweight items (e.g., ranges, refrigerators):

• Carrier will schedule a delivery appointment

• An adult (18+) must be present to sign

• Standard service includes curbside delivery only

• No installation or indoor placement provided

• Fees apply for rescheduled, refused, or missed deliveries

Damaged Shipments

Upon Delivery

• Inspect the package for visible damage

• Take clear photos, refuse delivery, and note damage on the Bill of Lading

• Contact SHS at [email protected] with order details and photos

After Delivery

• Inspect the package immediately

• Report damage within 24 hours

• Provide detailed photos and a description

• Keep original packaging for any return or exchange

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

• 30-day return window for most items

• Excludes custom orders and select high-value appliances

• Brand/vendor-specific return policies may apply

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resellable

• Restocking fees may apply to:

  • Custom products

  • Special orders

  • Opened large appliances

Return Process

• Contact SHS customer service within 30 days

• Receive a Return Authorization (RA) and return instructions

• Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to SHS error

Refunds

• Processed within 7–10 business days after inspection

• Issued to the original payment method if within 90 days

• After 90 days: refunds provided as store credit only

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

Shipping Zones

• SHS ships to all U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, if allowed by the vendor

• International shipping available unless restricted by brand policy

• Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees

Warranty & International Shipments

• Manufacturer warranties apply

• SHS facilitates warranty claims if the brand allows returns/exchanges for used items

• International shipments may void warranties—verify terms before purchase
