Pillivuyt
Pillivuyt is a French porcelain manufacturer established in 1818 in Mehun-sur-Yèvre, in the Loire Valley – one of the oldest continuously operating porcelain factories in France. The catalog covers white porcelain dinnerware, oven-to-table bakeware, and serving pieces across collections including Teck, Brasserie, Toulouse, Eventail, Plissé, Canopée, and Grand Siècle. All pieces are oven, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher safe, made from hard-paste porcelain fired at high temperature for durability and resistance to thermal shock.

Pillivuyt porcelain dinnerware and dinner plates
Pillivuyt white dinner plates are available across several collections with distinct surface treatments - the Teck series features a clean flat rim in classic restaurant proportions; Eventail uses a fan-embossed texture across its coupe and rimmed plate formats; Canopée offers large rimmed and presentation plates suited to formal settings; and Toulouse delivers a simpler, rounded profile that works equally well for everyday and table-setting use. Each dinnerware collection includes coordinating soup plates, shallow bowls, and pasta bowls, making it possible to build a complete Pillivuyt dinnerware set within a single collection or mix across them. Pillivuyt dinner plates are sold open stock and in sets of 2 or 4, and the all-white porcelain glaze means every piece coordinates across the full range - a practical consideration for anyone building a table over time.
Pillivuyt bakeware - ramekins, gratin dishes, and French porcelain bakers
Pillivuyt's bakeware range is one of the most comprehensive in white porcelain available from a single manufacturer. The ramekin selection spans classic pleated ramekins, Sancerre ramekins, Toulouse ramekins, Brasserie pleated ramekins, and crème brûlée dishes - all in multiple sizes and available in sets of 4 or 6. Gratin dishes include the Teck round gratin, Toulouse gratin, and deep oval bakers in individual and family formats. For structured baking, the catalog extends into soufflé dishes, tart dishes, pie dishes, lasagne bakers, and rectangular roasters - all porcelain, all oven-to-table safe. The Toulouse individual cocotte is a standout for individual oven-to-table service. Because all Pillivuyt bakeware is high-fire hard-paste porcelain, pieces handle direct oven heat, thermal shock from freezer-to-oven, and repeated dishwasher cycles without crazing or staining - a key distinction from lower-fired ceramic bakeware.
Pillivuyt serveware - platters, sauceboats, and porcelain serving dishes
Pillivuyt's porcelain serveware covers the full table - from oval and rectangular platters to sauceboats, butter trays, carafe, cake stands, and a salmon platter designed for whole-fish presentation. The sauceboat range includes a standard sauceboat, a sauceboat warmer, and a fat-and-lean separator sauceboat - practical pieces that work with both the Teck and Plissé collections. The Canopée carafe and sauce dish with lid are designed for condiment and sauce service at the table. Two porcelain cake stands - standard and tall - serve for dessert presentation and entertaining. The Plissé and Sancerre butter dishes offer individual butter and jam service, including European-style covered butter trays. Pillivuyt serveware ships in white porcelain throughout - no colored glazes - which allows mixing across the full catalog for a cohesive table that scales from four to twelve covers.
