Any claims, causes of action, or disputes arising from or related to this Agreement or your relationship with StylishHomeSpace LLC must be exclusively filed in the courts of Travis County, Texas, or the U.S. District Court located in the State of Texas.Both you and StylishHomeSpace LLC consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Travis County, Texas, and waive any objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over the parties by such courts and the venue in such courts.

1. Waiver And Severability Of Terms

Failure by StylishHomeSpace LLC to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement at any time does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any provision of this Agreement is invalid, the parties agree that the court will attempt to implement the parties’ intentions expressed in the provision. The remainder of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

1. No Right Of Survivorship And Non-Transferability

You acknowledge and agree that your account is non-transferable. All rights associated with your account, including your ID and its contents, will terminate upon your death. Upon receipt of a death certificate, StylishHomeSpace LLC may terminate your account and permanently delete all content within it.

You acknowledge and agree that any claim or action arising out of or related to the use of our Services or this Agreement must be filed within 4 years after the claim or cause of action arose, or it will be forever barred.
