Expertly crafted in Mehun-sur-Yevre, France, Pillivuyt has been perfecting the art of porcelain making for over 200 years. Using materials sourced in France and across Europe, each dish is carefully formed and fired at 2,550F, resulting in porcelain of exceptional quality.
Quality and Craftsmanship
Products are first quality unless otherwise noted. Pillivuyt is dedicated to excellence, and while most pieces come remarkably close to that standard, our porcelain is handcrafted. Minor variations and small imperfections can occur due to the lengthy production process, natural raw materials, firing at 2,550F, and the human touch. Rather than discarding items with minimal flaws after an extensive process, we embrace a responsible approach that reduces waste and supports sustainability. Care Information
Pillivuyt’s extraordinarily hard glaze resists chipping, scratching, cracking, and crazing. Products are safe for oven use (up to 550F), freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Pillivuyt porcelain is thermal-shock resistant and can be transferred safely from the freezer to a hot oven. For cleanup, a brief soak and light scrub are usually sufficient.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing, preparation, and transit of your order.
Standard shipping rates start at $19 and scale based on order value.
Please Recycle
We work hard to ensure your porcelain arrives in perfect condition. Cardboard and brown paper are curbside recyclable. Bubble wrap and foam sheeting can be dropped off at retailers that accept plastic bag recycling (for example, Target and Walmart). Look for the plastic bag recycling bins near the store entrance.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may be provided for out-of-stock items, eligible returns per our Return Policy, items damaged in transit, or defective items approved by Pillivuyt when reported within 30 days of purchase. Supporting details such as return tracking and photos are required. In some cases, a replacement may be shipped at Pillivuyt’s expense instead of a refund.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all stickers and packaging. Items designated as “Second Quality” or “Final Sale” are not eligible for return. A $26 flat-rate return shipping fee applies. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Refunds Cannot Be Issued For:
– Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Items returned more than 30 days after the date of purchase.
– Items returned without an approved return request from the shop.
